Delhi Minimum Wages Notification

The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Labour Department vide. Order dated 7th December 2020 has notified the applicable Rates of Minimum Wages in Delhi after adjustments of the average consumer price index of the period from July to December 2019 and January to June 2020 which shall be payable for all the categories of workers w.e.f. 1st April 2020 and 1st October 2020 with Dearness Allowance. The rates shall be effective from 1st April 2020 and 1st October 2020 accordingly. Please refer to the notification appended and the rates below for detailed information:
