Gi Group India celebrated International women’s day with Zeal and enthusiasm in a recurrent host of activities organized the entire day. A town hall was conducted to address people across India. The session started with the Congratulatory message for the Women of Gi Group by the Country Head-Marcos Segador. Post which a Round Table Discussion was organized by HR on “Gender Biases during Interviews and breaking Gender Stereotypes”. On this Occasion New Policies were rolled out by HR including revision of the Paternity Leaves and flexible working hours during Pregnancy and Early Schooling. The highlight of the event was the Inauguration of the Special Workstation for “Expecting Mothers
