Kuljeet is a Chartered Accountant and a postgraduate in commerce, with extensive 15 years post qualification work experience in various industries corporate including finance and accounts, strategic finance, due diligence & mergers & restructuring, Tax/compliance, cost management, planning & forecasting, audits, control & risk management in fast paced cross-cultured environment.

Kuljeet has rich experience in developing financial strategies, converting strategies into operating plans, implementation & monitoring to assess progress towards financial objectives, fiduciary responsibilities for technical accounting functions. He possess highest degree of integrity, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, team building and people management skills. He is expert in developing and implementing financial systems, processes and controls with expertise in conceptualizing and establishing end to end accounting and reporting functions, structured approach to cost-reduction, tax strategies.

Prior to Gi Group India, he worked with renowned Multinationals such as M/s Dorling Kindersley UK, Sara International Ltd etc.

Kuljeet joined Gi Group in Jan 2014 as AVP Finance. His position now has been expanded as Director– Finance and Administration of Gi Group India.
